"Always a winner at the Palos Heights location. Orland Park's food made me sick. Never dipped the sandwich and never called customer back to hear my concerns about the beef sandwich. "Been a customer of subport for years, my favorite item to get is the garlic fries. They are a must when going there, along with the combo which is the roast beef corn beef sandwich. The staff has always been so sweet when i have gone. And the owner is a real nice guy, he makes sure his customers leave satisfied. Even out of town friends make it a point to stop at subport while they are in town. Which clearly says alot about how fresh and good the food is. Definitely recommend people give it a try."

"I recommend that if you are thinking about eating her, go to the nearby Culver's instead. I ordered 2 burgers and one small fry and it came out to 30 dollars and I waited for at least 20 minutes even though they weren't that busy. The food was certainly not worth the wait The fries were bland and tasteless and the burger bun got so mushy and messy It was really hard to eat and nothing about it made it stand out as good tasting. It's a giant overpriced glorp slop of a mess"

"We tried a few places that were closed due to the holiday and stopped here. I was worried based on the reviews and the the menu did not knock my socks off, but I was pleasantly surprised. I would not go out of my way to eat here, but it had many vegan sandwiches, lots of teas and coffees, a great chip selection, and some vegan desserts. The food was good and filling. I had the meatball sub. My brother tried a dessert. We’d go back if needing a quick bite."
