As it was a beautiful day in DC even with a reservation Belga was packed! We were offered the alternative option of The Betsy. This is Belga's Alley outdoor upstairs off shoot. The food was good and very well presented. However, this restaurant has a big problem with its waiters. When we went, the waiters seemed like we were bothering them... they were probably stressed or something. So the vibe was off...
