This is the second time getting mobile orders for my coworkers and I. The first time there was barely any marinara sauce on the meatball mozzarella sandwich and that’s no exaggeration. Almost dry. The second time around we ordered in the morning and both were Turkey with Swiss but no Swiss. No oil. No seasoning. We will try 19th street now. View all feedback.

Frequently have to wait extra time on pick-up, up to 45 minutes after original completion time.There is no practical way to check the pick-up order, as the bags are sealed, wrapped in many layers, and you don't see the sandwich made in front of you. I always ask for extra protein on my orders $3.99 extra), but many times only receive the normal portion.If you want a sub, go to another Potbelly or to another business altogether.
