Was on a school trip and we stopped by this restaurant. The salad I got was absolutely horrible, but the service was fine, contrary to other reviews. I recently came to this location in Navy Yard and was disturbed by the lack of professionalism. The staff argued amongst each other when I arrived because my order was not ready (I did a mobile order for pick up) and then the manager did not apologize for my order not being ready on time. This is an excellent Potbelly location! I recommend ordering in person if you have time, as this will ensure you get exactly what you want on your sub.
