What John Bryan doesn't like about Potbelly Sandwich Shop In Wash:
I have two bad experiences in a row at Potbelly's at 1299 Pennsylvania. The service was slow with no customers. The sandwich a wreck with lettuce, tomato and mayo was cold. And it was expensive $14). The website for the store does not work and I called Potbelly's customer service and they no longer answer the phone. I think it is the location.
