The DMV is rich in flavor and diversity of food. Bolivian food is a staple in NOVA, as a Bolivian I cannot tell you how horrible these salteñas were. You are better off driving to Virginia for authentic salteñas half the price of these. The dough was undercooked when you held it it almost stuck to your fingers, the filling with disgusting, I had both the beef and chicken, the filling was made of some type of gelatin...
