What Anonymity Achieved doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
Smoothies are fine.. but there needs to be some training videos on CUSTOMER SERVICE for a certain brunette working the drive-thru.Rude employee, who did not say a word to me at the window, simply stuck that credit card pole contraption thing in my face looking for a tip. The other time I went, a brown-haired boy was working- so nice polite… but that girl. Tuh View all feedback.
