stunning location with a really good cafeteria where they can sit outside and enjoy the adlers flying over them. we had a ride on the cable car and came to the parador for lunch. excellent service, excellent food and intentionally to die. no idea why people use the tourist case caffes on the cable car if this exquisite place exists. spectacular surroundings, at the foot of the cable car. the building no more. normal bed. good breakfast buffet, but very expensive a la carte. in my experience, the worst was the restaurant's menu: few options, almost zero for vegetarian people. is best eaten in many of the restaurants of the local villages. "We found this place in Potes by accident. It had vegan fajitas listed on the suggestion board. We just had to go in and try them! We were not disappointed. We ordered nachos without cheese as a starter. It was served with bean dip and guacamole. The fajitas were next and even my non vegan company was delighted by them! Our dog was also welcome inside the restaurant."
