They came to our food truck event, and the taste of the "Big Chicken Sluice" was amazing! I added Sriracha and garlic mayo as my sauces, and I was really happy with that choice. The flavors were incredible, the chicken was juicy, and everything was just perfect. My favorite part, though, was the friendly and cheerful demeanor of the staff at the stand. I'm so glad I chose their food truck instead of the other one; great people and great food!
