"We stopped here for lunch on the way back from the bodmin wenford steam train; it felt a bit like a magic mysteries tour, but the sat nav led us to a beautiful pub in a stunning location. excellent food service. I had the whispers, my man had the fish goujons, my father the (enormous! pork chop, my daughter sink, egg chips and my son the steak chips. everyone was thrilled what I think could be a first! highly recommended."

"We visited the bistro with 6 friends recently and had a fabulous meal. The staff were helpful and informative on both the wine list and food. The dining area is a beautiful setting and they accommodated 8 lively tourists very well. Standout dishes were the scallops and seabass. Adam, the chef was fabulous and most importantly the food was great. Would definitely recommend this bistro and would come again."

"This was our second trip to the hill top for us and honestly, thiz is the most beautiful and friendly place. a caffe and yard shop that eat is wonderful and fresh cooked, a fantastic selection of tasty, wonderful tees, many outdoor and interior seats, we even had a little fresh fruit and sweet teller given for our 6 months old baby. highly recommended."
