What Dave likes about Firebirds:
Having being a patron on off since the early 1970's it's disappointing to see how the cuts of steak no longer look like a particular cut. A rump is a rounded cut with an amount of fat from the eye of the rump. Now one receives a lump of meat, extremely tasty, but certainly not resembling a rump at all. The current menu may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations.
