What Dave likes about Firebirds:
Having being a patron on off since the early 1970's it's disappointing to see how the cuts of steak no longer look like a particular cut. A rump is a rounded cut with an amount of fat from the eye of the rump. Now one receives a lump of meat, extremely tasty, but certainly not resembling a rump at all. The current menu may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of menus, the card also offers a diversity of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been positively highlighted by visitors, even if these have not yet been recorded.
