interesting place! it is a restaurant, museum, brewery and hotel. throw them in a relaxing atmosphere, open design, large terrace and great flipper machines.

"I had a pulled pork sandwich. The meat was so juicy that the bun was soggy, nasty. Could not be eaten as a sandwich. It had a weird after taste, asked wife to taste it and she noticed it as well. I didn 't eat much leaving most on plate. I told the waitress that I didn 't like it. That it had a funny aftertaste. Her response Well nobody else has ever complained about it . I will not be back."

"I came with some friends for a girl's night out dinner. I hadn't been to Prost since before the pandemic, and I can say that nothing much has changed. The menu has some apps, sandwiches, and the bruschetta bar is one thing everyone (including myself) recommends. The Chips Cheese Sauce were a hit with our group, as was the Brie Cheese Plate. I got the bruschetta bar which has a nice mix of hot and cold menu items. I had the Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato Basil with Balsamic (2), Sashimi Yellow Fin Tuna with Sweet Mandarin Orange Sauce, and the Burrata, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Tomato, Arcadian Mixed House Herb Dressing (minus the bacon). Between the Burrata and the Fresh Mozzarella ones, the only real difference (minus the bacon of course) is the dressing. Otherwise, they're pretty much the same thing. The rest of the food got mixed reviews one lady didn't like hers at all, while others loved theirs. The service and drinks were fantastic though, and our server was fun and attentive. We'll likely go back, but I don't know that I'd rush back. I'd like to maybe see some updates to the menu, especially the bruschetta bar options. Overall though, it was a fun time with some decent food. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
