we went to the capital bar and grill 2019 for christmas dinners, eating was at the point as the service and there was atmosphere we went back 2020 and the service was slipping, met a few in.ensic. personal and it. has age to be served, the food quality was not so great either experience tonight, lack of menu options, and absolutely no vegan, minimal vegetarian options, side were boiled over, over salted and oily.
