Ok I have to admit they got this Memorial incredibly right but this review is about the snack bar The Landing Place. I stopped in for a coke and a snack and overlooked the lower floor of the exhibits. Great place to take a breather and just chill after walking thru the Memorial. Highly recommended!! Came in here for a coffee break while looking through the memorial. There is a real squeeze on this venue for tables and to order meals. Not always easy to secure a table - especially in cold times when outside is not an option. Having ordered some coffees and cake, it did take a while to come out. Revisiting the memorial.
We needed some time out so we grabbed a cup of coffee. We met some very nice people and talked about the exhibits.

Two places to eat at this location. Like Poppy’s the food, drinks and service is good. Nice to take a break and recharge.
