"Still a great dinner in this restaurant held by a young couple installed just before the beginning of the pandemic and which, despite all, has managed to spend these difficult months. We are always warmly greeted by caroline that provides service with discretion and efficiency. In the kitchen, Etienne puts all her talent as a young chef forward to offer you tasty and refined dishes that make the most of the local products and especially the sea. perfect cooking, just seasonings, modern and elegant dressages. a cozy place that became our obligatory passage during our stays in st malo. it is prudent to book to enjoy this gastronomic experience. we wish again to caroline and etienne corson to go far and to wear their fork to the right."

"We came to take a brunch in this very nice and warm place during our weekend in Saint Malo. Very good reception, varied and hearty dishes, fresh and crispy pastries, at the top of the beginning to the end. A cappuccino so good that I came back with a second to go. "We made a great discovery with Le Fidelis this restaurant in Intra-muros. We have chosen the lunch menu at 34 € dessert flat entry is a good value for money with wines with glass between 5 and 6 € well chosen. Quality products well worked with taste and well represented. The setting is warm and the friendly atmosphere. The service is pleasant and friendly. A restaurant as we would like to find more often and it is an address that we will keep in our tablets in Saint Malo."

"We had privatized the room. The welcome is warm and the staff very well organized. We enjoyed ourselves and dined copiously on very well prepared quality dishes. There were 27 of us and we were pleasantly surprised to have been served almost at the same time. I will return with great pleasure (I can't wait). Address to remember! "Nous avons dîné ici un soir. Accueil adorable et très prévenant . Récemment ouvert à Saint Meloir ce restaurant propose une cuisine "bistronomique" à base de produits frais et majoritairement du coin. 2 menus à 21 et 27 euros . Entrée , plat et dessert . Carte réduite , signe de qualité . Tout est fait maison . Dans l'assiette les saveurs sont là . Je garde un souvenir mémorable des ravioles de moules , saumon et curry. Le filet de carrelet était excellent et la soupe de fraises du coin et riz au lait très très bons . En bref excellent rapport qualité / prix ! Faites absolument un detour si vous êtes dans la région . Reservation plus que conseillée. À ne pas manquer !"
