A visit to Casa Sanchez is particularly valuable due to the extensive variety of coffee and tea specialties, Moreover, the delicious desserts of the house shine not only in the eyes of our little guests. At the bar, you can also relax after the meal (or during it) with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink, and you can look forward to the fine classic seafood cuisine.

"We were staying two nights in Cangas de Onis and ate here both nights. Not only was it the closest restaurant open late, but their menu had a variety of options. The truffle ravioli was AMAZING. We also ordered their cheese plate the first night, and although I wasn't a fan of the spicy and smelly cheeses, they did pair well with the wine that was recommended. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and attentive. We did our best to speak Spanish with them but they didn't mind speaking in English. I came with a group of 4. We all ordered different meals to split because we wanted a taste of everything. The cider was also very good, and a new experience for us."

"Even though the staff were great and the service atmosphere was good, we felt the food was not the best quality. We did make some unhealthy choices but found that everything had a bit of excess oil or sauces. Portions were huge. The chorizo was good though."

"Sometimes when you go to a restaurant guided by comments from other dining rooms, gastronomic pages or large cooks, it usually happens that expectations are so high that something always ends up disappointing you. This will not happen to you in the Mingo grind. The experience begins by crossing a mountain road, enjoying the green astur and even the bumps of the road, to get the best of the rewards. a cosy place, “instagrameable” looks where it looks, careful to the least detail. and we get to the food, short menu or long menu, the one you want but always rice with pitu or pitu with rice. a rice that tastes like a "grain" stew with a pitu that can be crowned as the king of chickens, gelatinous, tender and dark meat. a land-flavored show in a design source. amazing also the salad of beaned, innovative mix in the dessert of chocolate and saffron. an explosion of flavors in the palate and a terrible desire to come back and try more and more dishes."
