"Stopped in for lunch on the patio today. I had the French Onion Soup and it was really good. A big, lovely piece of bread and lots of cheese, and a lovely onion broth. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich, also very good. The menu is large, the prices reasonable."

"We have been to the Mansion house a few times and since our last visit last year, they had to have changed the cook(s). The food is 100% better and service is much quicker. My monster burger was cooked to perfection, (the very first time...I visited about five years ago, the burger was very rare). My wife's Shepherd's pie was extremely good and very tasty. For dessert I had a piece of their cheesecake with strawberry sauce. It was a bit on the smaller size than what I expected but was delicious. We will be going back."

"So glad I came here best food I have ever tasted, grounds are beautiful, staff are amazing and room was awesome with a wood burning fireplace. Only complaint may be that the bed was a little on the hard side. Will most definitely be back"
