Located on a sidewalk so I don't think you can comment on atmosphere. You have to order through a kiosk so that isn't very friendly but the people working there were. My main complaint is the bubble teas. They were indedible/drinkable. They were not mixed up and the bobba wasn't cooked. It was very crunchy.
