What a thoroughly pleasant visit here today at around midday. The young lady taking orders was so pleasant. Her interaction with customers was exemplary. She had such a lovely smile and manner, she is an absolute credit to the store and deserves recognition. The young man making the coffee was equally lovely. Another customer had a query about the cathedral and the four of us had a really great conversation about it.... View all feedback.

Coffee angle in the bookstore of Waterstones, coffee's fine here, they have a reasonable search for cookies and cakes. Tables are on the small side. The toilets could be better, not really calling it clean. It's not as amazing as these are used by the shopping public as some kind of public toilet. Well, it's nice, usually an action that when you buy a certain book of the month, you get a free coffee. View all feedback.
