I had ordered a traditional afternoon tea for tea. I have had several of these for similar price in various places. We were fortunate to have an excellent table looking out the window onto the very busy street and it was fun to watch all of the passers by. What User doesn't like about Falstaff:
Lovely Hotel, very busy Saturday. Lots of large parties (hen party, baby showers etc). Student waitress , appeared unable to ‘swap’ out the meat and egg sandwiches for me. Informing me they might not have enough sandwiches to make the change! Forgot to bring the tea with the food. Had to ask twice. Nothing ‘luxury’ about the experience , including a tiny packet of ‘love heart’ sweets rather than a second cake choice.... read more.
