Terrible service. Hotel is a Dump. Just we arrive today. Any offer for help with my suitcases the doormans was talking, playing. I went to reception room was not ready. Lunch was okei. Internet its terrible!, only 2 lamps work, no light in the ceiling. I call housekeeping because i need sheet for the couch and her answer was” let me see if we have sheets avalaible ” worse hotel!!!!
