"We were at Paringa for a 70th birthday and had the 3-courses. The food was just divine! Service tip top! I ordered the toffee chicken for entree, duck and baclava for main and the coffee parfait for dessert and oh my god did they deliver! The duck especially was a perfect 10! I loved the combination of all the flavours and textures on my plate... the crunch and spices from the baclava when paired with the duck was out of this world! Highly recommended!"

However the ocean view facility in the superior room is not a guarantee and depends on the availability during check-in. Would give it 6 stars if I could.
