Wonderful meal on the road leading up to Carcassonne citadel.
The depth of flavor in the cassoulet is transcendental. Wonderful atmosphere too, at the foot of the Cite.
Food is good. Service was long but the lone waitress was attentive and good natured despite the pressure of handling hosting, service and clean up.
Sorry my first negative opinion is due to a false maneuver on my part I was satisfied with the meal the mood a little sad it was bad
