The staff at this restaurant is very attentive and the plates are warm. The food is served hot, tasty, and in generous portions. The ambiance is pleasant. The air conditioning was a bit chilly at first, but it was turned off and quickly warmed up. View all feedback.
What Deucalion doesn't like about First Floor:
Now known as the Urban Bar and Kitchen serving Bistronomy , which seems to be a made up name to inflate its idea of being somewhere to eat. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. There is a good reason the menu is not on line. Small menu and they had 3 changes to the menu the night we attended, not acceptable for an eating establishment in a 4* hotel. Have not eaten here, but this is a hidden gem to do something! I love the atmosphere there, will surely be back
Friendly staff and good food. I would certainly recommend eating here for something.
