"Down for the rugby this weekend. The Purple Poppadom was recommended to us and it was not disappointed. Pretty excellent, high quality Indian food with a la carte twist and an original feeling. I had many Indian meals and this place is as good as it will, brilliant. Service was also amazing. We'll be back."

"Nice restaurant with very good food. Service was a little lacking in that the waitress did not know the menu and could not advise on ingredients. Patrons were predominantly young and we were sat too close together when considering covid. Would go again."

"So, I had to log in under another account to review the restaurant again in such a short time. Apparently, you can only pick on, sorry, review, a restaurant once a month!! Anyway, here you are…. The second half of the saga… And here we are back in the place of expectations. I must be a glutton for punishment, good job I’m not glutton intolerant. Well, this time it was ‘Beer battered fish and chips’ Best meal I’ve had here I must give credit where it’s due. But…… Firstly, false advertising because I got fish n fries not fish and chips. Most of which were hidden by the fish to make way for the two humongous pots and lemon. We’ll get to them individually. So, I missed a bit off the menu title just for this paragraph. The full title is as follows… BEER BATTERED FISH CHIPS Mushy Peas, Goodbye Sauce £17.50. Ok, but I bet you’re all thinking the same thing. What the hell is ‘Goodbye’ sauce? Well, I’ll tell you… Mushy peas… now, when the pot of sauce is bigger than the pot of mushy peas we have a serious problem don’t you think? Humongous was probably overdoing it somewhat. At least the peas turned up this time although in short supply. On another review of this place, they weren’t even allowed out the tin! Then we get to the lemon, what can I say. I reckon it’s seen some action behind the bar last weekend before it made it to the kitchen and then my plate . The fish was perfect! That made this the best dish of my visits so far! Thank you and I look forward to the next unexpected experience next time I’m in. Oh by the way, for those still in anticipation, ‘goodbye’ sauce? It’s tartare sauce. Just call it tartare sauce you plums !!"

"Had a lunchtime booking on a Saturday, first and only people there. beautifully decorated, but at the place one had a stone smell. limited gluten-free choice, had huh curry. huh seemed very processed and had an artificial chewing texture, so it could not eat; shame as the curry taste was ok and presentation."

"Amazing place for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack. They have a massive selection of hot and cold drinks with a rewards scheme available on both Android and IOS. This place has plenty of seating available and room temperature is comfortable, similar to that you find in most Costa stores. Their selections of grilled sandwiches are the ones to try and they also offer Halal food!"
