and, in my opinion, not worth the drive. The ribs were very tough. We even had trouble cutting the ribs apart. The meat was quite tough. I am no ta fan of fall off the bone ribs but, the ribs we had were tough and could not even bite all the meat off the bone.Brisket was the most tender of all the dishes but it was pretty ordinary too.The pulled pork was, well, ordinary. It was a nice sunny day and none of us had a BBQ and was craving for some Ribs and chicken.
