I've been eating here since 2012 and have hailed it as the best in town from the beginning, but something is off. The last 2 orders I've had have been over cooked. The sausage and pepperonies are dried out and become too salty and crisp and the crust is so chewy it makes my jaw hurt. I don't know what's changed but I hope this changes.
