The dining experience was truly exceptional. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and it was perfection! The sauce was beautifully textured and flavored, and the dish melted in my mouth with each bite. I’ve visited just one time (last weekend) but I can already tell that Via Vai will be one of my favorite restaurants in Carlsbad the food was fantastic, they have a lovely patio and with very cozy seating inside, the service was excellent, they have a very good wine selection and I loved the menu options. We are definitely going back soon.
Absolutely fantastic food. Fresh pasta made in house and authentic tasting sauces that remind me of my favorite Italian places in New Jersey. This is now our go to place for pasta in north county.
