I placed a Togo order and specified for my food to be FRESH especially when ordering the chicken fritters and fries. I came home and my tenders look as though it's been sitting out for a long time, fries were very old and not hot. Chili’s is very hit and miss. Food is consistent, so that is a plus. However, staff is hit and miss. Unfortunately, service is half of the experience in my opinion. Being short staffed is not an excuse to treat other poorly. If you don’t like thejob you have, get a new one. View all feedback.

Ordered wings and they were soggie and under cooked, had to put them in the air fryer. Definitely will not come here again!
