"My wife and I ordered two dietary coke. they were disgusting and not drinkable. we went in to bring them back and we were met by the rude anti-personnel with a attitude and resistance. the manager came out and said he would refund the purchase on the card. he wrote it back as cash and we contested the purchase with our bank. Although a little under five dollars may not seem like a lot to some, he stole our money and his hired was rude and rolled her eyes and would not help. the manager knew exactly what he did and should be fired and be accused with a small theft. this Wendy’s is an example of why they don’t go to wendy. I liked wendys and went to this place, never again. attitude at a time when they should properly treat customers and a manager stealing."

"The crew there was only 2 people to help in manager and a trainee dining area but they both did wonderful job and kept us in loop on how order was going etc. They did superb, they rolled with it and didn't appear frustrated about lack of help!"

"Went here a couple weeks ago in the afternoon. Loved the ambiance and all the decorations (loved the spine of cow/goat at the host station, and other pictures/paintings . They had a lot of vegan and gluten free choices, so it was a plus for me and my friends. I had the pork cheeks mole, it was creamy and had a bit of warmth; but It did need salt and a tad more seasonings. The pork cheeks were very tender, and I liked the way they put the mole in a small , very cute. I did ordered escapeces on the sides to add a bit more flavor (and salt to the mole. I liked their house made corn tortillas. The drinks were a bit too sweet for my taste, but the flavor were there. A bit pricy, but understandable since its downtown Carmel. Would come back just for the ambiance alone, hopefully I'll get to try the vegan dishes."
