We went here for dinner at the recommendation of a friend and were very glad we did. The food was fantastic and flavorful, our waiter was kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely. They also have great vegan and gluten-free options. Will definitely be back! View all feedback.
What Paige C doesn't like about Cultura Comida Y Bebida:
We had the grasshoppers, queso, cultura mole, steak, and churo fondue. Grasshoppers are tangy, no bad. Queso was great! Cultura mole was really good, I enjoyed the orange slices. Steak was pretty basic, not flavored well but had a nice sauce that it was in. Churo fondue needed to be just the churo with more cinnamon and sugar, chocolate was overpowering. I made a reservation here on holiday and it impressed us! great ambiente, service and eating. I never enjoyed tacos as I did here and the horchata was great, although it was milk-free. it's pretty expensive, but it's worth it. even my Mexican elders loved it. can wait to come back.
Lots of MMMMMs were heard around the table. mole was… wow. superb service. the bar has been raised!
Excellent Guajillo sauce. It is roasted with garlic then blended and smothered on everything. The onions were rendered in smoked bacon fat. Excellent food pairing and sauces. Never would have seen pickled cauliflower as a thing to eat but you have to try it.
My boyfriend and I love this spot, best margaritas in town and an amazing mezcal selection. Delicious fresh food, we especially love the mole and the halibut ceviche. Guac is yummy too! We always get the churros too. You might think “get the tacos” but honestly the best dish is their molè. We love Mario the server he is awesome btw!
We typically get drinks and starters here at the bar. Probably requires reservations to get seated for dinner. The chips are addictive. Ambiance is on point
