What Saluda S likes about Pho 99:
I have eaten here at least 100 times. Best soup in town. Everything on the menu is fantastic. The bathroom may be out of fashion and out of date, but it is spic and span. Other reviewers have mentioned the service here, which is typical of a Vietnamese restaurant. If you need something, call someone that works there over. Otherwise, they just leave you alone to eat and enjoy your food. View all feedback.
What Nita M doesn't like about Pho 99:
Most terrifying cuts of beef I have ever seen. All fat no meat. Not to mention there were only like 4 pieces in the whole bowl. Not enough broth at all for me personally, though overall it has a nice flavor. Though personally would never get pho here again. 14$ for a bowl of gross looking stringy fat and an obscene noodle to broth ratio. Noodles are mushy, dont even feel like noodles. Did take out. Got something other than what was ordered. Very disappointed.
