Used to be my favourite local sushi joint. The last few times though, the rice was undercooked. I really hope they fix this. Will try again. 3 years later noticed the same chef is there. Still can't cook rice properly. Karage has was good but sushi rolls unedible. Fed mine to some birds who ate the fillings but left the undercooked rice behind.
