I happened to be at a loose end in Canvey Island, saw a banner advertising Anita’s Tearoom, and went to see what it was like it was worth the diversion along the sea wall! I had the 10 item breakfast, and it was served quickly and in a friendly fashion, and was very tasty (special recommendation for having Irish White pudding on the menu which was a very pleasant surprise) Reasonably priced and enjoyable. Travelled 35 minutes from Southend today. Sunday 23rd October, arrived at 10-30am to find the place shut and in darkness? Opening hours on here say open on a Sunday? View all feedback.
Me and my daughter went there today and had a number 2 breakfast and it was perfect! The best fry up on the island!
An excellent tearoom, just near Canvey Heights. The new owners are doing a good job
