"Was looking for some takeaway last night with some friends, we’re on holidays down here for the weekend. We spent nearly €50 on food and when it got to us we couldn’t believe it. The chicken wings were tiny, must’ve been from a chick. The burger was as dry as dry can be, you could’ve shattered it off a wall. The chilli dog gave someone a bad Bad dose of diarrhoea, essentially ruining the trip away. The chips were soggy and oily, the “chicken chunks” were just greasy, cheap chicken nuggets. The chicken croquette was just a big greasy breaded stick of green mush in the middle. The wrap was tiny and also greasy. For nearly €50 it’s an absolute disgrace, and they refused to give me any sort of refund or anything when i called the next day (because it was 1am when we got food, wasn’t going to walk around a town i don’t know looking for somewhere to Take food back), because i wouldn’t dig through the bin to get the food! Absolutely shocking, for nearly €50 what we got is absolutely disgraceful. I understand it’s fast food and bound to be greasy but it made someone sick, and it just was not nice whatsoever. Won’t be eating here again, and will be recommending that anyone i know stays far clear of this place when in Tralee."

"Ordered via just eat with pay in cash option. Order came to 25.40 but when collecting this man charged me 28. When questioning he said saag panner does not come with pilau rice despite website saying mains come with either boiler rice, pilau rice, naan or chips. He than said it's not a main course. Was going to show him the just eat site but he wasn't going to look at it nor listen too me. He was very rude. Not the way you treat customer. He won't see me again and if you don't want to get fooled you better stay away from him. Should have left his premises without the food and without paying. I know he doesn't care about this or any other negative feedback but thought I have to warn people."

"Once possibly the busiest fast food outlet in tralee . Attracting hundreds of students after the clubs . Not any more ! Its now very quiet . I however got a burger on my way home . Four bites into it i became aware of a cold meaty taste . I looked at my food and the middle of the burger was raw . Approx 30 min later , the god of HellFire visited my nether regions . I became far too closely aquatinted with my bathroom for several hours . Avoid like everyone else"
