"Living very near to this restaurant it has been a firm favorite and a regular place for great food and a location to die for. However, yesterday my wife booked a table for seven with friends visiting from the UK and Barcelona and she was shocked at the terrible service. It seems that the waiting staff have a big problem with offering a friendly service with a smile and the waiter that served us was rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful. I guess we spent at least 200 euros and expected a good dining experience. What a shame, the cooking is great, the location is awesome and some employee is damaging the reputation of what is a well known and very popular restaurant. I suggest the management should look into this and make sure the staff are properly trained and provide a service with a smile."

"This bar/restaurant opened only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, while we were in altura, which was a pity as we had eaten more often here. the menu is along the lines of almost food, but good quality and generous portions. the sweet potato fries were delicious! my man said it was the best burger he had in old. the music is noisy, but I am older generation) and the friendly server has turned it off for us a little, there are many tvs showing the football on Saturday night. the atmosphere is good and I liked the decor. the service is efficient and friendly, I would definitely return."

"Food too salty and awful service from owner/ manager Helga. We have eaten there quite a few times since it opened and enjoyed the food. Decided to go there for lunch again and try my favorite Spagetti with clams. Today the dish was SALTY! When I brought it to Nadia’s attention (waitress) she talked to the kitchen and Helga came with some excuses and did not offer to make any amends. I asked for some lemon juice and Parmesan cheese to tone down the salt. Wasn’t great but I ate it! At €15, that was not a great experience. What made it worse was Helga’s lack of regard and customer service. She talked to other guests and spent time at a table with possibly her partner and son or family members but did not bother to come ask how things were. Neither did she bother to give a discount or even offer a coffee or glass of wine as a show of consideration. In short her attitude and service Sucked! I did talk to her and brought it to her attention but she did not care! The waitress Nadia showed more caring and regard and I applaud her. I am appalled at this and assume they have enough customers and don’t care if there’s a bad review. Please consider before visiting this restaurant if you care for quality of food and service."
