"Gers was freezing cold, and we needed hot food. Driving through the village we knew nothing about, we saw a restaurant on the side of the road. The welcome was a great smile, a short explanation, couple of Armagnacs to heat the system togetger with a magnificent piece of Fois Gras. Whrn all of it was over came the Cassoulet. A marvel in a borl. It had everything inside, from the seasonal duck, to the pig and sanglier and more. Lively host, great cuisine"

"Our arrival was a pure and happy chance! after many attempts to find a restaurant open on Sunday night, it was possible! ouf! and that of positive, a remarkable place (although not having been able to enjoy this day of the terrace), a neat and tasteful table, a welcoming staff...We will come back to enjoy the outside, near the water and trying new dishes so promising.
