Great wood-fired pizza. The Margherita was light and crispy. My only critique would be to clean the oven a little more regularly. Some of the bites were full of sandy char on the bottom of the slices, from the inside of the oven. View all feedback.

What Bob M doesn't like about The Pizza Cart:
This is our second time here. The first time we waited 25 minutes for our pizza and we were just informed this time will be 35 minutes, it turned out to be about 20 minutes. Both times this restaurant has just a few other customers. It's ridiculous to wait this long for a small 12” pizza. The pizza is great but if you're looking for a fast meal this won't work.
