Had to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich. 4 other people waiting for theirs. 3 employees sitting around while 2 worked. My sandwich was disgusting. Had the cheddar brisket and picked most of the meat off. It was like warmed up raw bacon. Employees interacting with a customer who must have been a friend very unprofessionally goofing off while people waited for their food. Used to love firehouse subs. View all feedback.

I have loved Firehouse since my first sub. Never a disappointment, mmmmmm.
My wife and I stopped at Firehouse yesterday to grab some lunch while out running errands with our two week old son. While enjoying our sandwiches, a lovely worker walked over to us and said, 'Congratulations on your new baby. There will come a day when you are so tired and exhausted that you won 't have the energy to cook. When that day comes, please let us take care of you. ' Then, she proceeded to hand us two coupons for free subs. A very generous, and unexpected, gesture! Thank you Firehouse Subs! I 'm sure that day will come quicker than we think!
This is becoming my favorite place to eat. When my stomach says it's hungry, my mind says Firehouse Subs. Mmmmmmmmm.
Hands down the best subs. If you really want to, 'eat fresh, ' This is the place!
