What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Collins Crossing:
Had to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich. 4 other people waiting for theirs. 3 employees sitting around while 2 worked. My sandwich was disgusting. Had the cheddar brisket and picked most of the meat off. It was like warmed up raw bacon. Employees interacting with a customer who must have been a friend very unprofessionally goofing off while people waited for their food. Used to love firehouse subs. View all feedback. We had a medium-sized Turkey Bacon Ranch meal and a medium-heavy steak and cheese meal. The staff was friendly and helpful. Meals were delivered immediately and were great. Would highly recommend and return in the future. View all feedback.
