The staff is always very friendly at Kelly's! We have never had a bad experience. The restaurant is a little older but that adds to some of the charm for me. It looks like an older family restaurant, and that is meant is a good way. Over priced for what we got to eat. My patty melt was a froze beef patty that didn't even cover the bread and the beef patty was very dry. My husband's pork stake was over cooked and dry the vegetables were over cooked and burned. We payed 36 dollars and some change for this meal we didn't even enjoy.
