"Ok I hate to do this but this is the 3rd time in less than 2 months that we have had a horrible experience. I will not go in to the previous 2 take out orders but will focus on our dine in experience. We got sitted fast, had a nice waiter but when we got our food it was a disaster. My fiancé ordered 10 Lemon Pepper Wings and fries I got the boneless wings with sweet potato fries. My order of wings was so hard that I could not get my fork through them. They remade them and still no good. My fiancé wings as you will see pictured looked really greasy and they were also hard. They did not offer to make her order over saying it was just the lemon Pepper sauce but clearly in the picture it looks like grease. We politely paid for the food and left. Needless to say I don't think we will go there again. We have ate there many times but lately it has gone bad. The Rome and Dallad location is much better. I wish they would explain why this is happening to us."
