We have visited this restaurant before with friends who live across the road from it, but hadn't been for a while. Staff were welcoming as ever. All the food was delicious especially the Honey Chicken Rezala which I hadn't had before. Looking forward to visiting again. View all feedback.
What mhar20 doesn't like about Tajmahal:
After reading reviews we decided to give this place a try. It wasn’t the best curry we had. The naan bread was bland, pilau rice was just plain rice, and the veggie side dish was ok. My husband got a chicken dish which was just full of onions and sauce. Maybe it was an off night for the chef but I’d like to give this restaurant a try again, not anytime soon though. Food absolutely disgusting. The rice taste like plastic, the chicken over cooked. When call to discuss this with the restaurant, they don’t care. Don’t waste your money on this takeaway.
Very friendly, good menu, very good food and reasonable prices.
Not sure on this now, seems to be under new management. I have had the same dish for the last 3 years and it has always been tasty. Last night, it was far too hot, despite my asking for medium and tasted a bit bland. A mention to the waiter was met with i 'll mention it to the chef . Disappointing really as it used to be great.
Excellent food great service nice friendly warm atmosphere...and my sons got a free ice cream
Usually excellent but tonight tasted like it was made yesterday but we all have busy weeks and need to cut corners now and then.
