"Curly fries were delicious. Bratwurst sausage was sourced from Nelson. Caesar was not traditional so that was a miss for us. We had 3 of the 4 teas and she gave us a sample of the 4th. All good, but depends on your preferences. I liked the hibiscus one; one daughter liked the black tea; the younger one liked the lavender lemonade. I'm glad we stopped, based on recommendation by someone in Nelson."

"This is a small pub and grill that we went to while waiting for the ferry. Its one of the nicest pubs we 've been in. The staff were fast, efficient and friendly. We 're going to make it 'our ' pub when we 're in the area."

"We were at the golf weekend of a girl and found this jewel for dinner. Small but powerful....immaculate with a wide selection on the menu and the best meal we had all weekend. Great attentive service."

"My sister and her partner used to own property in the area so when they suggested going for Chinese in Gray Creek we looked at them funny. Boy were we surprised, all of the dishes we shared from the spring rolls to the chop suey were as good if not better than the Chinese food in the major cities we have enjoyed it in. If you are staying, or just passing through the Rockwood Cafe is worth a visit."
