"Casual dining with a fine dining flare. The food presentation was skillful and pleasing. The meals were both tasty and inexpensive. A rare combination. The burgers were happily served bun free on a nice bed of bib lettuce, garnished with a fried onion spread, a house-made relish and ketchup. Nummy! I recommend the striploin burger. I would definitely be a regular if I lived in Crawford Bay."

"My sister and her partner used to own property in the area so when they suggested going for Chinese in Gray Creek we looked at them funny. Boy were we surprised, all of the dishes we shared from the spring rolls to the chop suey were as good if not better than the Chinese food in the major cities we have enjoyed it in. If you are staying, or just passing through the Rockwood Cafe is worth a visit."

"We stopped here for a quick ice cream after visiting the Cody Caves nearby, and we were surprised at what a clever and awesome this restaurant is! It's an old school bus transformed into a food truck!. They even used some of the old school...bus seats for seating outside! The service was great, the ice cream was delicious and hit the spot. The owner (didn't catch his name) was busy chopping vegetables, but took the time to talk to me about his hidden gem. Cool find!"

"I am so glad that my husband and I stopped here on our way through Crawford Bay. Fortunately, other Trip Advisors reviewers recommended The Black Salt Cafė and I am so thankful for it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and prompt, despite our province’s ongoing staffing shortages in the restaurant industry. As well, the beautiful garden patio was sublime. However, the food is what truly makes this place. Excellent menu, tons of selection and quality, quality, quality!"
