Almost finishing my ramen, my gyoza hasn’t been served and so I asked the staff; she checked and advised it’s being prepared (but I guessed they have missed out my gyoza order). What vegankuntz doesn't like about Herbivore Japanese Vegetarian:
The server stated the only non-vegan item they use is dairy, and that each item is marked on the menu as to whether or not it contains dairy, is dairy free or can be made dairy free. It'd be better if the menu specified which dishes are vegan by default or can be made vegan on request. Food was tasty. Bad form they charge money for tap water.
