What User likes about Parm:
Omg love the penne scampi a hint of spicy and really good flavor I was wowed with this dish. The mozzarella garlic bread to me felt a bit greasy but was definitely impressed by the fresh mozzarella cheese. View all feedback.

What Luz Flores doesn't like about Parm:
The food is very good. The atmosphere and decor is beautiful. We went for dinner around 4:45, there was maybe 2 other families there as well, so not busy at all. There were 8/9 waitstaff, and yet we had to ask a few times to even just get water after being seated. We had to beg a bus boy to be waited on. I?m not even sure who our waitress was.
