Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. I love going to Coldstone and don’t usually have any issues. I did have one of the cashier charge me full price, even after showing her the buy one get one free. I called and told me they’d give me a full refund for the mistake. Once I got there, they said they were going to give me a full refund and only charge me for one. I didn’t appreciate that i was lied to. They should better clarify what they mean on the phone... View all feedback.
