Coming from California where boba/milk tea is pervasive, I judge pretty harshly (oops) when I'm trying new places outside of our little bubble.

"C'est par hasard lors d'un passage à Clermont Ferrand que je suis tombé sur cet établissement. Le propriétaire est un vrai passionné du café qui, non content de servir un excellent breuvage, vous conseille et vous informe. L'espresso était top!! Le grain utilisé n'est pas toujours le même et le goût change d'un jour à l'autre mais la qualité est là: grains frais et moulus juste avant d'être utilisé (Moulin sans doseur). Il est très rare de boire des espressi aussi bon, sauf en Italie...Egalement cafés turcs, grecs, pâtisseries etc..."

"A culinary recital from the end to the end for this restaurant on the border of gastronomy (small prize). The plates are designed with goodness, frank and without flavor aromas, coarsely mastered cuisine, original touches to remind us of the country. It was a most successful gastronomic journey and a very expensive journey. The service is of course at the rendezvous, a modern server with little care, some jokes, everything we expect from today and the boss, very dedicated! "A meeting party with my son. We took a lot of taste buds! Quality products (the chef works with local producers), a quality service, a magnificent view of the Michelin stadium! We took the Grand Slam menu and we were not disappointed and the Chef's visit at the end of the meal added one more to this high-quality dinner with a high-quality service! Really I recommend that I am already sure to return Bravo to the whole team of the But and very good continuation for you!"
