"What a night! Extremely welcoming and really genuinely felt that they appreciated our excitement coming from Canada. All the dishes I felt were beautiful works of art with excellent use of ingredients in thoughtful and expressive ways. Subtle, original, satisfying, creatively delicious. You're in amazing hands if you go here. On top of that the wine list melted my face off and they're very generous in sharing it."

"Evening step by step. Exceptional. Excellent hotel and restaurant. We have enjoyed the Burgundian recipes of which the guests made from the morning to fall.
